Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition in which they were received - unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@kansso.com, and our team will be happy to assist you. If your return is approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label along with the pickup details. Returns sent without first requesting and receiving approval will not be accepted.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the store credit issued.
Please allow up to 8–10 business days for your return to be received, quality-checked, and processed at our warehouse.
Once your return has been approved, your store credit will be issued within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it has been added to your account.
Damages & Issues
All orders undergo a thorough quality check before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at info@kansso.com within 24 hours of delivery, along with your order number and clear photos of the issue, so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or store credit:
- Custom or personalised products
- Sale items
- Clearance items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We offer exchanges.
To initiate an exchange, please email info@kansso.com, and our team will be happy to assist you.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
Once your exchange request is approved and we receive the original item, your replacement order will be shipped within 3–7 business days, subject to stock availability.
Items sent back without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Shipping charges for the replacement item are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid before the exchange order is dispatched.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at info@kansso.com. Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped.
Store Credit
Approved returns are issued as store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method for returned items.
Store credit will be issued once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, and can be used on any future purchase at Kansso.
